NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT on February 15, 2008, the Office of Insurance Regulation has issued an order.

A petition for variance and waiver from Rule 69O-125.003, F.A.C., Unfair Discrimination Because of Travel Plans, was filed by Monumental Insurance Company for travel to Iraq and Afghanistan. The Petition has been granted, by this order, permitting insurers to factor into their underwriting travel plans to these two countries.
