NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Agency for Health Care Administration received a Petition for Declaratory Statement from Naples Pathology Associates, P.A, on February 16, 2017 seeking an interpretation of Section 483.245(1), Florida Statutes. A copy of the Petition may be obtained by contacting Richard J. Admin. Code R. 28-105.0027.
