NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on March 10, 2017, the Office of the Clerk for the Department of Education, received a petition for a waiver from subparagraph 6A-4.0021(6)(c)7., F.A.C., Florida Teacher Certification Examinations (FTCE). The petition, dated March 7, 2017, requests a waiver permitting the Petitioner to use a test reader for certain portions of the FTCE General Knowledge Examination. The petitioner is one Fabian Quintanilla, who is a Florida resident.
