Notice is hereby given that the following changes have been made to the proposed rule in accordance with subparagraph 120.54(3)(d)1., F.S., published in Vol. 44 No. 33, February 16, 2018 issue of the Florida Administrative Register.

6A-1.09441, Requirements for Programs and Courses Which are Funded Through the Florida Education Finance Program and for Which the Student May Earn Credit Toward High School Graduation.

In response to public comment the Course Code Directory and Instructional Personnel Assignments 2018-2019 incorporated by reference is amended to eliminate the ESE educator certification requirements for Access Course elective courses.
