NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Florida Public Service Commission has received a joint petition from Florida Power & Light Company, Duke Energy Florida, LLC, Tampa Electric Company, and Gulf Power Company filed March 9, 2018, and a notice of joinder to the joint petition by Florida Public Utilities Company filed March 12, 2018, in Docket No. 20180002-EG, seeking waiver from paragraph 25-17.015(1)(b), Florida Administrative Code. The rule addresses the annual estimated/actual true-up filings for energy conservation cost recovery. A copy of the joint petition and notice of joinder can be obtained from the Office of Commission Clerk.
