    GENERAL SUBJECT MATTER TO BE CONSIDERED: The Domestic Security Oversight Council will conduct a meeting to provide direction and recommendations with respect to FY 2020 funding rules. At 2:00 p.m. ET, the full council will hold an “open” meeting. All Council members and interested personnel may attend the meeting. At the conclusion of the full meeting, the Domestic Security Oversight Council will hold its “closed” meeting to address initiatives and intelligence updates.
