NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on February 20, 2013, the Board of Psychology, received a petition for a variance or waiver, filed by Sherrie Eileen Belack-Raz, Psy.D., of Rule 64B19-11.005, F.A.C., which requires that all applicants for licensure complete at least 2,000 hours of post doctoral experience under a supervisor whose supervision comports with this rule.
