The Florida Department of Management Services, Division of Telecommunications, announces public meetings to which all persons are invited.

DATE AND TIMES: Tuesday, April 5, 2016, 8:30 a.m. and 11:00 a.m.

PLACE: Capitol Circle Office Complex (CCOC), 4030 Esplanade Way, Room 301 – Third Floor, Tallahassee, FL 32399

GENERAL SUBJECT MATTER TO BE CONSIDERED: The Region 9, Regional Planning Committee for the State of Florida will hold its annual meeting and is open to all interested parties. All 700/800 MHz public safety licensees in Florida are encouraged to attend. The Region 9, 700MHz hearings will start at 8:30 a.m. and the Region 9, 800MHz hearings will start at 11:00 a.m.

The final agenda is to be provided on the meeting date and will consist of General agenda items, Review of Officers and any open positions, By-Laws and amendments to the Regional Plans, and a General status report from the State of Florida.
