The Florida Hurricane Catastrophe Fund Advisory Council announces two public meetings to which all persons are invited.

DATES AND TIMES: March 23, 2017, 1:30 p.m. (ET) to conclusion of meeting; March 24, 2017, 1:00 p.m. (ET) to conclusion of meeting

GENERAL SUBJECT MATTER TO BE CONSIDERED: To obtain approval for the premium formula for the 2017 Contract Year, to obtain approval to file Rule 19-8.028, F.A.C., Reimbursement Premium Formula, for Notice of Proposed Rule, and to file this rule for adoption if no member of the public timely requests a rule hearing or if a hearing is requested but no Notice of Change is needed. In addition, other general business of the Council may be addressed. The meeting on March 24, 2017, will be a conference call addressing the same subject matter and will be held only if the Advisory Council chair determines that the meeting is necessary.
