NOTICE OF CORRECTION

Notice is hereby given that the following correction has been made to the proposed rule in Vol. 43 No. 6, January 10, 2017 issue of the Florida Administrative Register.

The Notice of Proposed Rule as published in the Florida Administrative Register (FAR) contains the following corrections: A citation on Form DH 8002-DCHP has been corrected to "64E-5.1203(4)(d)(2), F.A.C.," and section 404.081, Florida Statutes, has been added as rulemaking authority and law implemented.
