    GENERAL SUBJECT MATTER TO BE CONSIDERED:

    A. Review and Consideration of all matters relating to the application of Beacon College, Inc. to the Authority for the Authority to issue revenue bonds, including, without limitation:

    a. the conduct of a public hearing with respect to the contemplated issuance by the Authority of up to $12,300,000 in principal amount of its revenue bonds in order to fund a loan to Beacon College, Inc. to finance and refinance qualifying projects under Chapter 243, Part II, Florida Statutes all as more particularly described in the separate public hearing notice published pursuant to Section 147(f) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended

    b. the consideration of a resolution of the Authority to authorize the issuance of not exceeding Authority of not to exceed $12,300,000 initial aggregate principal amount of its Higher Educational Facilities Financing Authority Revenue Bonds (Beacon College, Inc. Project) in one or more series (the "Bonds") the proceeds of which will be loaned to Beacon College, Inc. (“Beacon College”) to (1) finance the acquisition, construction and equipping of an approximately 23,361 square foot student dormitory building located at 120 W. Meadow Street, Leesburg, Florida, 34748, which is a qualifying project under Chapter 243, Part II, Florida Statutes, (2) refinance certain outstanding debt of Beacon College, the proceeds of which were used to finance and refinance qualifying projects under Chapter 243, Part II, Florida Statutes, (3) funding any necessary or required reserves, and (4) paying the cost of issuance of such Series 2017 Bonds, and

    c. Authorizing the appropriate officials and officers of the Authority to take all necessary action in order to authorize, sell and deliver the Series 2017 Bonds

    B. any other matters that may come before the Authority.
