NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on March 9, 2018, the Florida Department of Health received a petition for variance from Jason Henderson, representing Geomatrix Systems, LLC. Specifically, the petitioner seeks a variance from subsection 64E-6.008(5), paragraphs 64E-6.009(3)(d) & 64E-6.009(3)(e), 64E-6.009(7)(d), paragraphs 64E-6.014.014(5)(b) & 64E-6.014.014(5)(g), subsection 64E-6.026(1), and subsections 64E-6.028(3) & 64E-6.028(4), Florida Administrative Code, which provide the estimated sewage flows for sizing systems; method for sizing drainfields in mounds; sizing factors for performance-based treatment systems; procedures for alternative system component design and approval; applications for innovative system permits; and construction standards for drainfields and components.
