NOTICE OF CHANGE

Notice is hereby given that the following changes have been made to the proposed rule in accordance with subparagraph 120.54(3)(d)1., F.S., published in Vol. 45 No. 29, February 12, 2019 issue of the Florida Administrative Register in response to written comments submitted by the staff of the Joint Administrative Procedures Committee:

61H1-27.001 College or University Requirements.

(1) An accredited college or university within the meaning of section 473.306, F.S., is a four-year degree granting college or university in the State University System or other four-year degree granting educational institution accredited at the time applicant’s degree was received by virtue of membership in one of the following accrediting agencies so listed:

(a) No change.

(b) Middle States School Commission on Higher Education;

(c) through (j) No change.

(2) through (6) No change.
