GENERAL SUBJECT MATTER TO BE CONSIDERED: Pursuant to the public hearing requirements of 40 CFR 51.102, the Department will hear comments on its proposal to submit to the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, as a proposed revision to Florida’s State Implementation Plan (SIP) under the Clean Air Act, a set of amendments to Chapters 62-252, 62-210 and 62-296, F.A.C. The proposed rule amendments, if adopted by the department, relate to air pollution regulatory requirements statewide for gasoline dispensing facilities, bulk gasoline plants and tanker trucks and trailers.
