NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on February 27, 2007, the Board of Physical Therapy Practice, received a petition for Terry Buckley, seeking a variance or waiver of Rule 64B17-3.003, F.A.C., and the requirement that an applicant who has failed to pass the National Physical Therapy Examination for Physical Therapists by or on the fifth attempt, regardless of the jurisdiction through which the examination is taken, is precluded from licensure.
