NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on February 7, 2007, the Department of Children and Family Services, received a petition for Waiver of Rule 65E-9.003, F.A.C., from Citrus Health Network, Inc. assigned Case No. 07-003W which relates to residential treatment centers for children and adolescents which specify licensure standards for admission; length of stay; program and staffing; discharge and discharge planning; treatment planning; seclusion, restraint and timeout; rights of patients; use of psychotropic medications; and standards for operation of such centers.
