    NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on February 29, 2012, the Florida’s Office of Early Learning, received a request from the Early Learning Coalition of Alachua County, seeking a withdrawal of its petition for temporary variance of Rule 6M-4.210, F.A.C., which provides which provides requirements for maintaining school readiness eligibility and allows an individual to be unemployed for a maximum of 30 days before losing eligibility to receive services. A Notice of Receipt of Petition for Variance/Waiver was published on December 22, 2011.
