    NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on March 1, 2012, the Department of Business and Professional Regulation, Division of Hotels and Restaurants, Bureau of Elevator Safety, received a petition for Addison Condominium. Petitioner seeks a variance of the requirements of ASME A17.3, Section 2.7.4, as adopted by Chapter 30, Section 3001.2, Florida Building Code, adopted by paragraph 61C-5.001(1)(a), Florida Administrative Code, that requires restricted door openings which poses a significant economic/financial hardship.
