NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Department of Management Services has issued an Order Denying Petition for Declaratory Statement in the matter of In Re: Petition for Declaratory Statement Monica Reddick, Petitioner, OGC Case No. 06-07150.

 

Petitioner sought the Department's interpretation of sections 110.201 and 110.217, Florida Statutes, and Rule 60L-33.003(2)(d), Florida Administrative Code, as to whether Petitioner is required to serve a twelve-month probationary period after she was demoted from a position in the Selected Exempt Service to a position in the Career Service System in which she had previously achieved permanent status as a Career Service System employee.
