The Volusia Soil and Water Conservation District meets at 3:30 p.m. on the second Wednesday of each month at the USDA Service Center (101 Heavens Gate Road, Deland, Florida 32720). The Volusia Soil and Water Conservation District will hold work shop meetings on the fourth (4th) Wednesday of each month as needed.
