Notice is hereby given that the following changes have been made to the proposed rule in accordance with subparagraph 120.54(3)(d)1., F.S., published in Vol. 40 No. 233, December 3, 2014 issue of the Florida Administrative Register.

(3)(c)1. Will now read:
The Nonrelative Caregiver Payment Administrator shall review the application and send a completed “Notice of Action”, CF-FSP 5399, July 2014, incorporated by reference, and available at http://dnp1.dcf.state.fl.us/DCFForms/Search/DCFFormSearch.aspx, to the nonrelative caregiver via e-mail, if available, or by regular U.S. mail within five (5) business days of receipt the initial review of the application.
