    NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Pharmacy has received a Petition for Declaratory Statement from Publix Super Markets, Inc., on March 16, 2015. The petition seeks the agency's opinion as to the applicability of paragraph 64B16-28.608(5)(e), F.A.C., as it applies to Petitioner. Specifically, Petitioner seeks a declaration that Publix Central Fill Pharmacy’s Triple Scan System verification process satisfies the alternative method of verification authorized by said rule. The Board will consider this petition at its meeting currently scheduled for April 8, 2015. Except for good cause shown, motions for leave to intervene must be filed within 21 days after publication of this notice.
