NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on March 14, 2016, the Department of Environmental Protection, received a petition for the School Board of St. Johns County, Florida seeking a variance from paragraph 62-602.270(1)(a), F.A.C., to allow students enrolled in the Academy of Coastal and Water Resources at the St. Johns Technical High School, St. Johns County, Florida, to take the Level C Water/Wastewater Exam for the Operator Certification Program prior to high school graduation, subject to certain conditions. The petition has been assigned OGC File No. 16-0146. Any interested person or other agency may submit written comments on the petition within 14 days after publication of this notice.
