NOTICE OF Invitation to negotiate: On behalf of the Florida Department of Economic Opportunity, the Procurement Office is soliciting formal, competitive, sealed replies for solicitation number 17-ITN-002-VM, to provide system enhancements to its current contact center system to improve the overall answer rate including self-service.
