The BMAP is the means for implementation of the St. Lucie Nutrient Total Maximum Daily Load (TMDL). Technical meetings serve a forum for stakeholders to provide recommendations to the Department of Environmental Protection regarding the development of the St. Lucie River Basin Management Action Plan.
