Subcontractor bids are being requested by Core Construction Services of Florida, LLC for the FDEP Annex and Warehouse HVAC Renovations located at 3917 & 3919 Commonwealth Blvd. – Tallahassee, FL 32399.

MANDATORY PRE-BID MEETING AND SITE WALK-THRU is scheduled for Tuesday, April 2, 2019 at 10:00 a.m. at the FDEP Annex Office location noted above.
All bids are to be received on or before 12:00 Noon, April 16, 2019. Electronic Sealed Proposals are due no later than April 16, 2019, 12:00 Noon. Submit bids through the Building Connected website.
All Requests for Information must be received by the Construction Manager no later than Thursday, April 4th at 2:00 p.m.
The general scope of work includes; but is not limited to, HVAC Improvements - demolition of existing units and replacement with specified equipment.
MWBE participation is encouraged. MWBE contractors shall be certified with the State of Florida.
