    Pursuant to subsection 120.74(5), F.S., the Department is filing this Notice of Extension for publishing a notice of proposed rule regarding Section 409.175, F.S., as identified in the Department's 2018 Regulatory Plan.  The new statutory provisions require an extensive re-write of the rules due to newly created levels of licensure.
