    NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Board of Medicine has received the petition for declaratory statement from Susan M. Piergeorge, MS, RDN. The petition seeks the agency's opinion as to the applicability of Section 468.505, F.S., as it applies to the petitioner.

    The petition filed on March 4, 2019, seeks the Board’s opinion as to whether a Nutrition Education Manager with a dietary supplement manufacturer, and whose role is to provide product ingredient information which includes explanation of the use and benefit of those products, needs to obtain a license in Florida as a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist. Except for good cause shown, motions for leave to intervene must be filed within 21 days after publication of this notice.
