6A-10.0342: Career and Technical Education Program Performance Reporting
PURPOSE AND EFFECT: This amended rule establishes a process and procedure for the implementation of s. 1003.491(5), F.S., that requires the Commissioner of Education to conduct an annual review of K-12 and postsecondary career and technical education (CTE) offerings and to phase out programs that do not meet targets. The effect of the rule is to ensure that CTE programs are high performing and prepare students for in-demand occupations.
