NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on March 14, 2019, the Department of Business and Professional Regulation, Division of Hotels and Restaurants, Bureau of Elevator Safety, received a petition for Brandon Regional Hospital at 119 Oakfield Drive, Brandon, FL. Petitioner seeks an emergency variance of the requirements of an unspecified Section of A17.1, as adopted by Rule 61C-5.001, Florida Administrative Code that requires no foreign equipment be located in the machine room which poses a hardship.
