NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on March 13, 2024, the Department of Children and Families, received a petition for temporary variance from subsection 65D-30.007(9), Florida Administrative Code, from Cove Behavioral Health. Subsection 65D-30.007(9) states, with respect to residential treatment providers, that no primary counselor may have a caseload that exceeds 15 currently participating individuals.
