    GENERAL SUBJECT MATTER TO BE CONSIDERED: Docket No. 110282-WS – Application for staff-assisted rate case in Duval County by Regency Utilities, Inc. The purpose of the meeting is to give customers and other interested persons an opportunity to offer comments regarding the quality of service the utility provides, the proposed rate increase, and to ask questions and comment on other issues.
