NOTICE OF CORRECTION

Notice is hereby given that the following correction has been made to the proposed rule in Vol. 38 No. 5, February 3, 2012 issue of the Florida Administrative Weekly.

The following language was inadvertently omitted from the Notice of Proposed Rulemaking. The notice should have contained the following language:

IF REQUESTED WITHIN 21 DAYS OF THE DATE OF THIS NOTICE, A HEARING WILL BE SCHEDULED AND ANNOUNCED IN THE NEXT AVAILABLE FLORIDA ADMINISTRATIVE WEEKLY.

In addition, Rule Development publication date listed in the Notice should be corrected to reflect the publication date of December 22, 2011.

The above changes do not substantively affect the rule.
