    PURPOSE AND EFFECT: The purpose of the amendment to Rule 12D-16.002, F.A.C., is to implement the provisions of Chapter 2011-181, L.O.F., (House Bill 281) and the Administrative Law Judge’s ruling in Rob Turner, Hillsborough County Property Appraiser vs. Department of Revenue, DOAH Case No.: 11-677, Summary Final Order dated June 22, 2011.
    SUBJECT AREA TO BE ADDRESSED: The subject area addressed by these draft forms revisions is the required partial payment provisions of Chapter 2011-181, L.O.F., (House Bill 281), and the exchange of evidence process in value adjustment board proceedings. These draft revised forms also support the draft revised procedures in Rule 12D-9.020, Florida Administrative Code, for which a rule development workshop is also being held at the same date, time, and place as this workshop. A separate notice for the rule development workshop for the draft revised rule is also being published in the Florida Administrative Weekly.
