    NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Department of Business and Professional Regulation, Division of Alcoholic Beverages and Tobacco has issued an order disposing of the petition for declaratory statement filed by Robert M. Ardis on October 17, 2014. The following is a summary of the agency’s disposition of the petition:

    The facts put forward by the Petitioner, Robert M. Ardis regarding internet sales are not uniquely applicable to the Petitioner, as required by law. Because of this, the Division is not able to answer the Petition and will consider rulemaking to address the issue of internet sales.
