NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on February 24, 2015, the Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services, received a petition for Waiver from Michael Simone, as representative for AmeriGas Propane, of Valley Forge, Pennsylvania. The Petition requests a permanent waiver from paragraph 5J-20.048(1)(a), F.A.C., which mandates certain requirements for construction and operation of storage units for cylinders awaiting use, resale, or exchange.
