Notice is hereby given that the following correction has been made to the proposed rule in Vol. 43 No. 32, February 16, 2017 issue of the Florida Administrative Register. The notice of proposed rulemaking incorrectly states that the notice of rule development was published on November 11, 2016. The notice of rule development was actually published on November 14, 2016.
