NOTICE OF CHANGE
Notice is hereby given that the following changes have been made to the proposed rule in accordance with subparagraph 120.54(3)(d)1., F.S., published in Vol. 45 No. 237, December 9, 2019 issue of the Florida Administrative Register.
The following changes are made in response to written comments received from the staff of the Joint Administrative Procedures Committee.
Form DR-309631N, Instructions for Filing Terminal Supplier Fuel Tax Return, has been revised to remove two instances of the term Electronic Data Interchange, regarding electronic filing as this method will no longer be accepted, and to update the reference section at the end of the form to include a reference for Form DR-309652, Motor Fuel Taxes XML User Guide for e-File Developers and Transmitters.
Form DR-309636N, Instructions for Filing Terminal Operator Information Return, has been revised to remove reference to an unnecessary effective date and to include a reference section at the end of the form.
A revised draft of the forms will be available on the Department’s website.
