Notice is hereby given that the following changes have been made to the proposed rule in accordance with subparagraph 120.54(3)(d)1., F.S., published in Vol. 37, No. 34, August 26, 2011 issue of the Florida Administrative Register.

40B-2.301 Conditions for Issuance of Permits.

(3) The standards and criteria set forth in the Water Use Permitting Guide, effective DATE January 6, 2010, hereby incorporated by reference into this chapter, if met, will provide the reasonable assurances required in this section.
