Construction Industry Licensing Board

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on March 7, 2014, the Construction Industry Licensing Board received a Petition for Declaratory Statement from P&H Construction. The petitioner seeks a statement from the Board as to the definition of “structures” mentioned on the Certified General Contractor License application. Except for good cause shown, motions for leave to intervene must be filed within 21 days after publication of this notice.
