    NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on March 12, 2015, the Department of Business and Professional Regulation, Division of Hotels and Restaurants, Bureau of Elevator Safety, received a petition for Anastasia Condominium. Petitioner seeks a variance of the requirements of ASME A17.3, Section 2.3.1, as adopted by subsection 61C-5.001(1), Florida Administrative Code, that requires access to pits which poses a significant economic/financial hardship. Any interested person may file comments within 14 days of the publication of this notice with Doug Melvin, Bureau of Elevator Safety, 1940 North Monroe Street, Tallahassee, Florida 32399-1013 (VW2015-064).
