6M-8.620Voluntary Prekindergarten (VPK) Pre- and Post-Assessments
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on or about February 6, 2017, the Office of Early Learning received a petition from the Learning Tree Day Care, Inc. seeking a temporary variance from paragraph 6M-8.620(3)(a), F.A.C., as it relates to the requirement that Voluntary Prekindergarten (VPK) providers administer the Florida VPK Assessment during Assessment Period One (AP1). Petitioner is requesting a variance extending the time deadline for the Florida VPK Assessment AP1 to be administered. The Office will accept comments concerning the Petition for fourteen (14) days from the date of publication of this notice.
