NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on March 17, 2017, the Board of Optometry received a petition for a revised variance and waiver filed by Yaitza E. Matos-Cruz, OD, from Rule 64B13-4.001, F.A.C., regarding the requirement that applicants for licensure must have achieved an overall passing score, as well as individual scores of 75% or better on 3 identified skills, on Part III of the examination in the same test attempt, and the requirement that all 4 parts of the licensure examination must have been passed within the seven (7) year period immediately preceding application for licensure.
