    NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT on March 10, 2008, the Department of Health, received a petition for waiver from Jason Churchill, representing Orenco Systems, Inc. Specifically, the petitioner seeks a waiver from subparagraph 64E-6.009(7)(a)4. and Rule 64E-6.0295, Florida Administrative Code, which requires empirical data showing results of innovative system testing in the State of Florida and provides the method for reclassifying an innovative technology as performance-based.
