61H1-33.0031: Continuing Professional Education/EthicsNOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT on March 3, 2008, the Board of Accountancy, received a petition for Mark Senseman, seeking a variance from subsection 61H1-33.006(2), Florida Administrative Code, and the penalty CPE requirements for licensure reactivation. Petitioner is also seeking a variance from Rule 61H1-33.0031, F.A.C., which requires that a licensee complete four hours of Board-approved ethics CPE in a reestablishment period.
