NOTICE TO PROFESSIONAL CONSULTANTS - OFFICE OF FACILITIES DESIGN AND CONSTRUCTION/Duval County Public Schools - Request for Qualifications (RFQ) OFDC RFQ-003-14. Professional Services for Asbestos Environmental Consulting Services on a Continuing Contract Basis/DCSB Project No. M-83700. Publish date is March 21, 2014, the Office of Facilities Design and Construction announces that professional services are required for a contract for Asbestos Environmental Consulting Services on a Continuing Contract Basis for Duval County Public Schools. The firm(s) selected under an annual contract will be responsible for assigned projects having estimated construction costs and study fees not exceeding the threshold amounts of $2,000,000 (construction) and $200,000 (study fees) respectively, provided for in §287.055, Florida Statutes. This will be a multiple award contract for an initial period of one year with an option to renew for two additional one-year periods. The selected firm(s) shall be required to execute the Duval County School Board standard form of agreement.
