NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on March 13, 2014, the Department of Health, received a petition for Permanent Variance from subsections 64E-11.007(5) and 64E-11.008(6), Florida Administrative Code (F.A.C.), from Jayme Fernandes for Indoor Revolution, LLC, 5 Utility Dr., Number 23, Palm Coast, FL 32137-4605. Subsection 64E-11.007(5), F.A.C., requires that lavatories be located in or immediately adjacent to all toilet rooms and at least one employee handwashing facility shall be located within each food preparation area with hot and cold water. Subsection 64E-11.008(6), F.A.C., requires each utility sink or curbed cleaning facility to be supplied with hot and cold water under pressure.
