NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on December 31, 2013, the Board of Clinical Laboratory Personnel, received a petition for variance or waiver for Britt Aubrey Johnson, Ph.D., FACMG, MT(AAB). Petitioner is seeking a variance or waiver of paragraph 64B3-5.007(2)(h), Florida Administrative Code, which sets forth the education, training/experience and certification requirements for licensure as a director in the specialty of Clinical Chemistry.
