NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on February 3, 2014, the Board of Chiropractic Medicine received a petition for a waiver or variance of Rule 64B2-17.006, Florida Administrative Code, filed by Dr. Donna Givone on behalf of Dr. William E. Givone, D.C., in regards to the procedure for notifying patients of the close of a chiropractor’s practice via publication in a newspaper.
