NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Department of Financial Services, Division of Workers’ Compensation, has received the petition for declaratory statement from the Circus Arts Conservatory, Inc. The petition seeks the agency’s opinion as to the applicability of Sections 440.02(15) and 440.10, Florida Statutes (2015), as it applies to the petitioner.
